Clinics and Private lessons
Due to limited player spots, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled clinic. This gives us the opportunity to fill the clinic. You may cancel by sending an email to volleyball@sandyard.com. If you have to cancel, we offer you a credit to your player account if you cancel before the 72 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future SandYard Events or products. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 72 hours, you will lose the payment for the clinic.

No Refunds once your player commits
CLUB VOLLEYBALL ATHLETES/PARENTS: SandYard Volleyball does not offer any refunds for club volleyball athletes since the loss of an athlete cannot be easily replaced once all club athletes have committed to training.
However, should an athlete become injured after the beginning of training and not be available to continue the season, SandYard Volleyball will not pursue the remainder of any amounts due. Still, any request for waiving of fees due to injury must be made in writing to: SandYard Volleyball, 4580 Louise Saint Claire Dr. Doylestown PA 18902.

Tournaments
CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations must be received no later than Wednesday at 12 noon, prior to the respective event to receive a full refund or credit for another event. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to volleyball@sandyard.com Any cancellation requests after Wednesday at 12 noon (prior to the respective event) OR no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
WEATHER POLICY - SandYard Volleyball has no control over the weather. In the event of a weather related cancellation prior to the beginning of the event day, where the tournament director cancels the competition before it begins, and there is not an established "Rain-Date" or SandYard is not able to move the tournament, the refund will be processed back to the card that was used to pay for the event registration. If a "Rain-Date" was established or the tournament is moved to a new location, no refunds will be given out. If an event is cancelled after play begins due to a weather related issue, no credit or refund will be available. Tournament staff will follow the recommendations of the event director to ensure the safety of all spectators and participants.
