We are thrilled to welcome Coach Dentler to the SandYard Family for the 2025 season!

Coach Dentler brings extensive experience from the sunny beaches of California, where he served as head coach for Wave, one of the top beach volleyball clubs in the U.S. He also coached with the renowned beach training program Better at Beach, further solidifying his reputation for developing elite talent.

His impressive coaching résumé includes preparing athletes for collegiate success and guiding players to the international stage, most notably as the USA U17 World Championship Qualifier Coach. SandYard players are sure to benefit from Coach Dentler’s vast knowledge and expertise in the beach game.

As an accomplished player, Coach Dentler’s accolades include:

• Three-time champion of the Pottstown Rumble
• Over nine years competing at the AVP Pro level
• AVP Lead blocker per set in 2022
• All-EIVA Second Team and All-Tournament First Team (2013)
• 2008 Rivals.com Second Team All-American
• 2008 PIAA State Champion
