Withdraw four weeks prior to the start of club training: A full refund will be provided (less $20.00 administration fee) and the cost of any uniforms/equipment that has been ordered and customized with the players name. Withdraw from club training by the director due to behaivor not suiting a SandYard Player: SandYard Players are expect to follow all SandYard rules and expections or they will be asked to leave the program. No refunds will be giving to athletes that break the rules or expectation. After first and second infraction, a parent meeting will be held on how to best handle the situation. If the players continues to break the rules a third time, they will be excused from the program with no refund. Please click here to view player expectations and rules.

Note: Should a replacement athlete be available a full refund will be provided (less the admin. fee). Once the club training has started no refunds will be provided. No refunds are provided to club volleyball athletes.

However, participants of SandYard Beach Academy who have to withdraw from the club training due to personal injury may receive a pro-rated refund minus the cost of any uniforms/equipment that has been ordered and customized with the players name. . These requests must be made in writing and forwarded to SandYard Volleyball, 4580 Louise Saint Claire Dr. Doylestown PA 18902.

CLUB VOLLEYBALL ATHLETES/PARENTS: SandYard Volleyball does not offer any refunds for club volleyball athletes since the loss of an athlete cannot be easily replaced once all club athletes have committed to training. Therefore, SandYard Volleyball defines the start of the season as the player’s first beach volleyball training session and/or home SandYard tournament  and not the player’s first "home" or "away" tournament.

However, should an athlete become injured and not be available to continue the season, SandYard Volleyball will not pursue the remainder of any amounts due. Still, any request for waiving of fees due to injury must be made in writing to: SandYard Volleyball, 4580 Louise Saint Claire Dr. Doylestown PA 18902.

​CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations must be received no later than Wednesday at 12 noon, prior to the respective event to receive a full refund or credit for another event.  Cancellation requests must be sent via email to volleyball@sandyard.com  Any cancellation requests after Wednesday at 12 noon (prior to the respective event) OR no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit. 

WEATHER POLICY - SandYard Volleyball has no control over the weather.  In the event of a weather related cancellation prior to the beginning of the event day, where the tournament director cancels the competition before it begins, and there is not an established "Rain-Date", the refund will be processed back to the card that was used to pay for the event registration.  If a "Rain-Date" was established, no refunds will be given out but credited forward to the "Rain-Date" event. If an event is cancelled after play begins due to a weather related issue, no credit or refund will be available.  Tournament staff will follow the recommendations of the event director to ensure the safety of all spectators and participants.
