$60/team
REFUNDS: All refunds will be subjected to a transaction fee that covers the costs we are charged for each amount processed by the credit card processing charge. NO REFUNDS within one week of Tournament day.

Event Format
Pool play followed by single elimination playoffs
Pools of 3-5 teams
The format can change depends on number of team per division

All memberships run for 365 days from date of purchase. Members can log in using their ID number and password to see if membership is active or inactive.

If for some reason there is a weather delay, we will send out an email the night before with any updated times/schedules.
Weather:
We play through rain and pause for lightning. Should weather become too extreme, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event. Please see our refund policies: https://sandyardbeachacademy.com/sandyard-refund-policy
Pools and schedules will be posted by Saturday morning on volleyballlife.com.
It will may be cold in the morning, so make sure to dress appropriately and bring layers to change into as the day warms up.
Parents/Spectators: We recommend bringing lawn chairs if you don't want to stand all day. There are some areas around the court to set up tents for those who want some shade.
We have on site portapotties but water fountains are currently turned off. Please make sure to bring plenty of water!
*Our events have ZERO tolerance to spectators addressing or commenting to officials or work teams. This includes shouting "score" or similar. Spectators are encouraged to cheer and support their teams and foster a positive experience to all. Failure to abide by these policies will result in immediate removal from the playing site and reported to the region and club director.
Coaches:
Make sure you have completed all the requirements in order to coach at this event:
Background Screening must be completed and cleared one week prior to event start date.
Active SILVER AVP Membership
AVP America Coaching Pass to be completed one week prior to event start date. Pass is valid for one calendar year.
Coaches MUST check-in with AVP Staff at event to receive coaching credentials for the event
Make sure you know the Coaching Rules that were included in the AVP America Coaching Pass.
